📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities

Uponor is offering an exciting ten-week summer internship program in our Global Talent & Development department. You will have the opportunity to work hands on with the Talent & Development Sr. Manager and the global talent and development team to support our local and global talent development strategy.
Areas of Focus
Create adult learning content, learning, and facilitator guidesParticipate in regular team meetings, individual one-on-one’s and cross-functional meetings.Contribute to the Learning and Development strategy by providing input and recommendations.Engage in or shadow Uponor sponsored classes, workshops, and other learning programs.Focus on self-development, growing applicable skills, and utilizing Uponor external learning platforms.Deliver a demonstration of your findings and recommendations to a leadership panel near the end of your internship.Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational/Behavioral Psychology, or related field.Must be an incoming Junior or Senior in a degreed program.Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently. Strong communication skills.Curiosity, coachability and a willingness to engage.Proficient in Microsoft office. Adobe Suite and Learning Management Systems experience preferred.This internship is a full time, hybrid position. You are required to be in office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.Program runs from 6/3/24- 8/9/24. Applicants must be available for this time frame.
