ABOUT USOur client, located in Totowa, New Jersey, is a preeminent independent investment advisory firm proud to continue a 4-Decade legacy is seeking a Client Service Administrator. The successful candidate will have a confident personality, be detail-oriented, punctual, and equipped with excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-orientated, and people-focused with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Required skills
Ability to demonstrate a base understanding of financial industry processes.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to learn systems quickly.Working knowledge/experience of QuickBooks, and MS Office, with an emphasis on Outlook, Word, and Excel.A self-starter, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask, especially when dealing with competing priorities.A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with team members in a confident and professional manner.Process-oriented with the ability to see a task through to completion.Previous administrative experience in the financial industry.Prior experience providing excellent service to high-end clients and excelling in that environment.Handle inquiries from clients in a professional manner.Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.Facilitate the opening of new accounts through to funding.Serve as liaison between advisor and wholesalers/strategic alliances.Maintain current knowledge of procedural and regulatory investment requirements.
What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of customer service and administrative experience in Financial Services.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including a high level of comfort in engaging with business executives via phone, email, social media, and other channels.Bachelorβs degree preferred.FINRA Series 65 and Life and Health Insurance Licenses are preferred.Financial services experience is desired.Strong computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.Familiarity with Client Relationship Management Systems (CRMs).Excellent time management skills.Prior experience providing excellent service to high-end clients and excelling in that environment.
