Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred; or relevant years of work experience10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, in the retail, e-commerce or direct-to-consumer industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing performance.Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets to maximize ROI.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.Collaborative teammate that likes to share success with others
