Construction Project Manager

Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager at Urbanleaf Landscapes in San Carlos, CA. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple landscape construction projects. This includes overseeing budgeting, construction management, and project management tasks on a daily basis. The Construction Project Manager will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team to ensure project success.

General Duties:Daily:• Check long-term and short-term schedules on Dropbox and Microsoft Project.• Check emails for buildertrend notifications• Check/update tracking sheets for all current jobs• Respond to any client comments on buildertrend or any client emails.• Keep in contact with Superintendent and Foreman throughout the day to be aware of anymaterials/equipment that might be needed in the field• Update white board to reflect current job progress

Weekly:• Check/update tracking sheets• Meet with the Superintendent to produce client billings for the week• Update white board as job site updates come in• Keep in contact with clients so everyone is on the same page/updated per the current progress vs. the long-term schedule

Qualifications:Experience in project coordination, construction project management, and construction managementStrong budgeting and project management skillsExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members effectivelyKnowledge of landscape design and construction processesAttention to detail and strong problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)PMP certification (preferred)
