We have an immediate opening for a full-time NextGen Template Scheduler to join our team. The schedule is Monday - Friday 7 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 5 pm. This position will be hybrid following successful completion of 90 day review.
We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Pre-Surgical Screener is responsible for:
Creates template schedules for the clinical and OR teams supporting all of the DMVInteracts daily with physicians and managers regarding scheduling requests

High School diploma or equivalentNextGen experience strongly preferredStrong attention to detail is a mustExcellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to work autonomously and in a team environmentDemonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry is required
