Role Description:We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a full-time on-site role, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, responsible for identifying new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and driving sales growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include market research, sales strategy development, and meeting ambitious sales targets.
Qualifications:Proven track record in sales with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Strong relationship-building abilities with both new and existing clients.Experience in market research and data analysis.Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Responsibilities:Identify and target potential clients within the market.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts.Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
