Role Overview:USmax Corporation is on the lookout for a skilled Proposal Manager with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting compelling proposals for Federal Civilian (FedCiv) and Department of Defense (DoD) solicitations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating efforts across teams, ensuring our proposals accurately reflect our innovative solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities:Spearhead the entire proposal lifecycle, ensuring a compliant, compelling, and timely response to solicitations.Collaborate closely with the capture manager to integrate capture information effectively.Create proposal outlines that meet solicitation requirements, guiding the team to adhere to these outlines.Manage proposal schedules for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all phases, from kickoff to final submission, adhere to deadlines.Facilitate coordination among teaming partners and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.Contribute to technical writing and editing, ensuring proposals are clear, concise, and persuasive.Enhance proposal processes by maintaining and improving templates, tools, and content libraries.Required Qualifications:Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and TEAMS.Deep understanding of the federal procurement process and regulations.Strong project management capabilities, with experience managing multiple proposals under tight deadlines.Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.Experience:Minimum of five years' experience in managing federal proposals.Education:Bachelor's degree in English, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
