Talent Recruiter

Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Talent Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. Reporting to the Director of Talent, this position will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment for roles across crucial business functions. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to design and implement strategic recruiting plans to attract top talent. This position can be worked remotely.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate recruiting and sourcing environment, with emphasis on hard to fill and leadership disciplines. Experience using social media recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and diversity-oriented sites & blogs for attracting, market positioning, and talent engagement.

Talent Recruiter

Lead full cycle recruiting efforts, which include posting, sourcing, evaluating resumes, prescreening applicants, scheduling, interviewing, assessing, evaluating skills, and negotiating compensation packages and onboarding new talent.Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize their hiring needs, set expectations, and deploy an efficient interview process and high touch experience for every candidate and client. Create lasting relationships with hiring managers where you become their talent advisor and consultative partner. Proactively engage with hiring managers in anticipation of future hiring demands and to understand and identify talent gaps.Design, implement, and execute sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and cultivate active and passive job seekers from core and emerging sources.Use your talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence hiring managers on how to identify and acquire the best talent.Cultivate relationships with talent to create pipelines/talent communities for current and future opportunities.Build and nurture pipelines of diverse talent. Network closely within the industry and specialized functional areas to identify the right talent and companies to target.Accountable to ensure proper approvals and record retention of job requisition.Responsible for the system administration of the Tracking and Onboarding System.Support the candidate’s total pre-employment experience: Successful completion of the application, background check, MVR, I-9, and E-Verify.Ensure successful transition and communication of expectations during the onboarding, and background verification processes, providing superior customer service and guidance.Review all new hire paperwork for accuracy and ensure that all necessary forms have been successfully completed and received via the electronic on-boarding system.Conduct and deliver a welcoming, comprehensive new hire orientation in support of the positive and successful onboarding experience, fostering the Mission, Value and Vision of Utz.Contribute to a highly collaborative, creative, and high-performing team by serving as a model for partnership, mentorship, and integrity.Assist in other HR employment activities as assigned.

Requirements

3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate recruiting and sourcing environment, with emphasis on hard to fill and leadership disciplines.Experience using social media recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and diversity-oriented sites & blogs for attracting, market positioning, and talent engagement.Proven success creating comprehensive recruitment and sourcing plans.Advanced level of proficiency using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar recruitment platforms.Collaborative work style and ability to work effectively across departments.Must be highly organized with a keen attention to detail.Results oriented with the ability to effectively manage deadlines.The ability to effectively communicate to all levels within an organization.Strong commitment to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to include, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service focus when dealing with people face to face and over the phone.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude that is reflective of the Utz Culture.
