📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Primary Location: Oak Brook, Illinois
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Data Quality Lead, DMO, B2B for our premier client in Oak Brook, Illinois.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Technical Requirements and Certifications »
SalesForce certification or 5 years business experience in SalesForce tool.Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) certifications or 5 years business experience in data profiling tool.Agile, Lean and/or Six Sigma certifications.
Education And Experience »
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.Minimum of 5 years in Business Data Governance and/or Information Technology.Minimum of 5 years with customer/contact master data.Minimum of 5 years with data profiling/data quality tool.Minimum of 3 years with data catalog and business glossary concepts.Minimum of 3 years executing or supporting one or more of the following:Customer Care, Information Technology, Sales, or Marketing.Experience managing data quality projects.Direct people management required (though role will not currently have direct reports).Experience leading Data Governance Councils.
Preferred
Purview experience or 5 years business experience with data catalog/glossary.Minimum of 5 years with Salesforce (CRM).Minimum of 5 years with Informatica Data Quality data profiling tool or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years with Purview data catalog tool or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years with Master Data Management.Minimum 3 years with Customer Data Integration tool & event data.Experience as a project team member or business process team member on a business or technology project.Experience in business process mapping/design, documentation, implementation, and automation.Experience in IT Technical design or development.Experience developing, managing, and reporting metrics and KPIs (key performance indicators).Experience with Six Sigma tools and processes, i.e., Value Stream Mapping.Experience with customer marketing, customer lifecycles, customer experience metrics.

Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communications and presentation in English.Proficient with MS Office tools – i.e., Office & SharePoint.Strong ability to work cross-functionally and to learn and adapt to new business processes, technologies, and environments.Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills.Project management, people management and change management skills.Customer service oriented.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks for self and others.Ability to work in a matrixed environment, coaching/supervising indirect reports, and business partners.Ability to work independently and proactively without supervision.Ability to develop a business strategy and break down into detailed, manageable work groups.Data and process mapping.
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish.Data engineering.
