BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical disciplineITSM is the primary need along with good Service Portal and Catalog Setup experience (Must).10+ years of software development experience8+ years of professional Service Now implementation experience.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities »
Adept at Agile development practices.Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.Individual contributor able to handle customers and their expectations independently.
What You’ll Do
Job Responsibilities
Design, enhance, implement, and maintain effective and scalable solutions using ServiceNow, and integrating with third party and in-house products.Provide technical and functional leadership with Service Now Implementation.Work with engagement leaders and other technical experts to build Client proposals.Work with Clients to understand their technical challenges and develop innovative technical solutions to address those challenges.Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, best practices, and procedures in the field of software development in the completion of complex software engineering activities.
