Position: Accounting Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ (West Valley)
Work Environment: On-site
Compensation: $90K-$110K base salary DOE
Vaco is currently partnering with a well-known manufacturing organization located in the West Valley in their search for an Accounting Manager. This is a hands-on management position and will report directly to the Corporate Controller. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience, a CPA license and the ability to work on-site.
Qualifications: BS/BA in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or similar field required5+ years of relevant accounting experience requiredCPA (active or inactive) preferredManufacturing experience preferred SAP experience preferredRole Responsibilities:Prepare journal entries and accrualsAssist with month-end close and financial reporting dutiesReconcile vendor statements, review bank activity and reconcile to the general ledgerOversee and manage A/R dutiesSupport external income tax return filing
