Accounts Payable Specialist/Manger $70,000-$75,000/yr. Position Summary:
Vaco manufacturing client is seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Specialist/Manager to ensure all vendor invoices are properly recorded in the proper accounts. This also includes general Ledger processes. This position performs certain payables related month-end close and reconciliation procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES: Review invoices for accuracy in pricingOversee invoice matching process.Verifying invoice approvalsEnsure timely and accurate input of data into SAPPrepare/process month end accrualsFiling of annual 1099 forms.Review, approve and process T&E expense reports through the Concur system.Maintain daily cash data.Create and maintain accurate vendor files within SAP.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent required.Associate degree in accounting preferred5+ years accounts payable experience in a manufacturing/distribution environmentExcellent communications skills and strong ability to work well with people.Proficiency in Microsoft products and ERP programs
