Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist looking for a fully remote opportunity? Vaco is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our clients team in managing their accounts payable processes. This position requires proficiency in various software platforms, including Concur, Great Plains, and Excel. Experience with CC reports is essential, and familiarity with RAMP is a plus.

Responsibilities:Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.Review and verify expense reports submitted through Concur.Reconcile company credit card statements and expense reports.Utilize Great Plains for invoice processing and payment generation.Prepare and analyze Excel reports to track and manage accounts payable data.Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies.Maintain organized and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions.Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounts payable processes and procedures.

Requirements:2-3+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field.Proficiency in Concur for managing expenses.Experience with CC reports and reconciliations.Working knowledge of Great Plains for invoice processing.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members.Familiarity with RAMP is a plus, but not required.
