Controller (on-site)
Vaco has an exciting Controller role available in the East Valley. We are looking for a candidate with 2-4+ years of controllership experience, job costing and WIP experience and ideally a CPA designation or MBA.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting6-8+ years of accounting experience with at least 2 years of Controller level experience Job costing and WIP reporting and analysis experience Direct report management experienceCPA designation or MBA preferred
Responsibilities:Manage the month-end close process, WIP analysis and reporting, journal entries, account reconciliations and P/L analysisDrive process improvement initiativesWeekly forecast and monthly management reportingSupervise accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and g/l accounting teamOversee and ensure revenue recognition is calculated through WIP reporting
