As the Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and evaluating real estate investment opportunities to support strategic decision-making and optimize portfolio performance. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate real estate investment opportunities, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analyses, and investment returns.Conduct in-depth research and analysis of target real estate markets, including demographic trends, supply and demand dynamics, and competitive landscape.Assist in conducting due diligence on prospective acquisitions, including reviewing property documents, financial statements, and lease agreements.Provide analytical support to senior management and investment teams, presenting findings and recommendations to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.Collaborate with acquisition and asset management teams to identify value-add opportunities, optimize portfolio performance, and drive asset-level strategies.Conduct ad hoc analyses to support other company initiatives, as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fieldHighly skilled with Microsoft Office including Excel2-5 years of financial modeling and analyis experienceReal estate industry experience preferredCandidates must be local or willing to commute to Raleigh, NC
