Temporary role - Start ASAP until November 2024
100% REMOTE - Full time 40hrs/week
Hours: 10:30am - 6:30PM EST
Qualifications: Customer service/call center background.Experience handling 40 calls/day from advisors (internal) and clients (external) with new business cases.Experience handling brokerage accounts, person accounts, managed accounts.
