📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:Utilize your experience in SAP Finance and Controlling Module to lead and contribute to the success of S/4HANA implementation projects.Demonstrate a deep understanding of SAP GL, AA, COPC, COPA, and other relevant modules, ensuring seamless integration with other components.Take charge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System, and Management Accounting processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend business requirements and provide innovative solutions.Prepare comprehensive functional specifications and collaborate closely with the technical team on enhancements and user exits.Develop instruction manuals and training materials for end-user training sessions.Offer expertise in data migration by preparing templates, extracting, cleansing, and uploading data.Conduct and lead oral status/technical interchange meetings with clients for small to medium-sized engagements.Employ excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with global teams and stakeholders.Demonstrate strategic thinking and thought leadership capabilities to institutionalize new tools, processes, and technologies.Manage project life cycles, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over, and go-live support.Utilize Project Management tools such as JIRA for efficient project tracking and reporting.Qualification Requirements:8+ years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling, with a focus on S/4HANA implementation.Proficiency in English communication is essential.Proven experience with global, large-scale ERP implementations.Strong business and process knowledge, with cross-functional expertise in business domains.Exceptional time-management and scheduling skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines.Results-oriented mindset, with demonstrated experience in leading work sessions with multiple stakeholders.Willingness to travel up to 10% within the US.
