📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for Oracle EPM business systems analyst that will collaborate and interact with the Accounting/Finance departments to support efficient delivery of finance-related technology projects.
This will be a direct hire - must be eligible to work without sponsorship and Hybrid in SW Houston
The position requires an experienced professional with a hands-on technical background in the Oracle EPM Cloud (SaaS)
Must have experience in multiple F&A business processes and multiple EPM tools
F&A process experience - Budgets and Forecasts, SEC, ME Close, Account Recon, Master Data Management, Narrative Reporting…
EPM Tools; EPBCS, FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS, TRCS
Implemented end to end Oracle EPM Projects (PBCS, FCC, Enterprise Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) and EDMCS projects) and Data Visualization tool.
Demonstrates abilities and/or a proven record of success as a technical team leader that supports business processes in some of the following areas: Budgeting and Forecasting, Long Range Planning, Rolling ForecastingManagement, SEC and Statutory ReportingMonth End CloseFinancial Master Data ManagementAccount ReconciliationsNarrative ReportingCapital Portfolio Planning Demonstrates abilities and/or a proven record of success as a technical team leader for implementation and support of EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) tools including (not all required): EPBCS - Enterprise Planning, Budgeting Cloud ServicesFCCS - Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud ServiceEDMCS - Enterprise Data Management Cloud ServicesARCS - Account Reconciliation Cloud ServicesTRCS - Tax Reporting Cloud Services Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader for the development of: General Oracle EPM configurationBusiness Rule / Calculation DevelopmentData Integration, EPM automate, EPM Integration AgentExperience of Oracle EBS or similar ERP will be important. Major Accountabilities Provide ongoing technical support for Oracle EPM Financial Close and Consolidation, Oracle Planning Budgeting Cloud System (Hybrid BSO and ASO cubes), and Oracle - Narrative Reporting and Oracle SmartView add-in for application's user base.Assist with the integration of Hyperion/EPM applications with existing processes, including budgeting and forecasting, financial consolidation and close, and data warehouse/management reporting.Develops and enhances Oracle Narrative Reports based off Oracle ASO cube.Leads implementation of enterprise security standards into the Cloud EPM suite of applications.Reviews monthly cloud releases for Oracle EPM, prepares, and executes required testing in a non-production environment, and provides recommendations for enhancements using new features.Back up to the Oracle EPM Administrator for maintaining/tracking of hierarchy/system updates, regular database maintenance, validation and reconciliation, system security, backups, and recovery, and troubleshooting system issues.
