Vaco is actively seeking a remote Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Analytics with signifigant experience in Workday and Bower BI for direct-hire employment with our client.

Summary
This position will partner with senior executives within HR and operations and act as the primary point of contact for analysis, reporting, business intelligence, and recruitment analytics.
Education and Experience
5+ years of HR / HRIS reporting and analytics experience with a solid understanding of Talent Acquisition principles and metrics.Experience with Workday HRIS system including reporting.Advanced development skills with Power BI.Ability to build and support custom dashboards as well as ad hoc and recurring reports.Ability to understand and translate data needs into concise and presentable reports, dashboards, and presentations.Detail-oriented and ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Previous management experience, preferably within data analysis and business intelligence.
