Product Owner Summary
As a Technical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and managing training programs with a specific focus on Amazon Web Services (AWS) to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, clients, and partners. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify training needs, design effective training materials, and deliver engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to various skill levels and roles within the organization, covering a wide range of AWS services and solutions.Utilize proven instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning management systems (LMS).Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on AWS topics, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and technologies to enhance learning effectiveness.Create and maintain training documentation, including presentations, guides, exercises, and hands-on labs, to support both in-person and virtual training delivery.Stay updated on the latest AWS technologies, trends, and certifications, and incorporate relevant content into training programs to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and continuously improve training materials and delivery methods based on insights gathered.Provide one-on-one coaching and support to learners as needed, addressing questions, clarifying concepts, and guiding them through hands-on exercises and practical applications.Collaborate with internal teams to integrate AWS training into onboarding programs, certification pathways, and ongoing professional development initiatives.Act as a resource and advocate for AWS best practices and methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization.Support the coordination and administration of AWS certification exams, including exam preparation and proctoring services, to help individuals achieve their certification goals.
