Position SummaryValaurum is growing rapidly, and we are looking to hire an Account Representative to work with our internal teams and develop strong relationships with our clients. Our ideal candidate will communicate regularly with clients, address client concerns and keep track of client transactions and payments. They will ensure beautiful (and timely) results for Valaurum and the client, while also developing the relationship between Valaurum and its marketing partners. This is a non-supervisory position that reports to the Customer Success Manager.

ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact between select clients and the Valaurum teamAnswer emails and phone calls related to new and existing projectsResponsible for day-to-day management of project operations including client relationships and interdepartmental communicationWork closely with Customer Success Manager, Production Planner, and executive team to work through client issues Provide support, clear communication, and status updates for internal team and clients during all stages of the project lifecycleReach out to prospective clients and wholesale customers to develop relationships and sign up new accountsRespond to sales inquiries Provide customer service support for retail orders Follow process workflow documents and checklistsSuggest workflow and process improvementsRespond to sales inquiries Travel for trade shows and industry events 5-15%

Requirements or Equivalent Experience5+ years related work experienceExcellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customersMust demonstrate strong analytical thinking skillsShould possess strong problem solving skills and the ability to make sound judgment callsSuperior organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quicklyInnovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting edge client experienceAble to manage multiple projects and deliverables at a given time Highly proficient with Excel, Word, and OutlookProficiency with remote conferencingAdvanced problem solving skills for identifying and addressing client concernsCan work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentDue to nature of product, background check required

Preferred ExperienceExperience with managing multiple concurrent client accounts Experience with project management software (Basecamp or similar)Background in printing and/or commercial art developmentInterested in art, photography, and/or precious metals industry
