Are you a natural conversationalist with a knack for sparking connections? We're seeking a proactive individual to fill our inside sales and lead generation role, supporting our ongoing business development endeavors.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Valere team to curate call lists targeting specific personas.- Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and email outreach.- Conduct a daily outbound calls.- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of contacts for follow-ups and callbacks.- Gather email contacts for outbound marketing campaigns.- Coordinate appointments for the CEO to finalize media-related offerings.- Generate detailed reports in Excel, documenting call volumes, email communications, and established contacts.- Assist in networking events and trade shows to cultivate new business relationships.- Meet set quotas for calls made, contacts established, and emails collected.- Provide support during productions.- Interact with clients both on-location and in-studio, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a call center or outbound sales environment is preferred.- Possess a positive attitude and a proactive approach to learning.- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.- Must successfully pass background and drug screenings.- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
