Freelance Motion Graphic Designer

Vallure Agency, one of the most respected and rapidly growing digital marketing agencies focused on luxury brands in the real estate, interior design, hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle verticals, is expanding our award-winning team! We are seeking a remote Motion Designer to join our creative team and support with ad campaign work as a 1099 independent contractor with uncapped competitive commissions.

Vallure Agency is seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer with a deep understanding of brand identity, digital design, and motion video. The candidate will report to our Creative Lead, playing a critical role in bringing our digital marketing strategies to life. The creative and digital teams work collaboratively and the successful candidate will need to have an understanding of the digital space.

This role will have an estimate of 5 hours per week, depending on campaign needs, with the opportunity to grow rapidly alongside our firm. Very ideal position for a current freelance designer.

Motion Designer Responsibilities

Responsible for producing high-quality motion design and video work for our client partners.Apply creative direction from our Creative Lead to your design work — ranging from social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and web design.Very important to understand luxury editorial style, as that is our primary style and client partner aesthetic.Understanding of different design styles, ranging from editorial, to corporate, to colorful and playful, luxury, and more. Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.Will ensure all task deadlines are met per the project requirements, and provide updates throughout the workflow process.Responsible for implementing all feedback, pushing ideas, and reviewing your work with the creative or entire project team at large.Contribute to the improvement of our agency tools, processes, presentation formats, and service offerings.

Have a BFA in Graphic Design, Digital Design or related field.Have at least 2+ years of motion design experience and a diverse portfolio showing refined skill.Are confident working in a remote team environment.Are proficient in motion design softwares.Have an understanding of UX and digital design.You love staying up-to-date on design trends.

Compensation

$25-$35 per hour, DOE.
