Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow. As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at VUMC, you will be responsible for conducting laboratory experiments related to the field of liver regeneration and cancer, analyzing data, and contributing to research projects. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to teach and mentor students, enhancing their understanding of research and liver biology.
Qualifications Laboratory Skills: proficiency in conducting laboratory experiments, handling equipment, and analyzing dataResearch Experience: demonstrated experience in conducting scientific research, preferably in the field of liver biologyData Analysis: ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets using appropriate statistical methods and toolsTeaching Skills: experience in teaching or mentoring students, guiding their understanding of research and physicsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a research teamPublication record in reputable scientific journalsPhD or MD
