Financial Budget Analyst Responsibilities Responsible for financial statement preparation and analysis.Gather and analyze large sets of data.Support team leaders with making informed budgeting/financial planning decisions.Track and monitor expenses; report findings to leadership.Develop and submit grant applications to support funding needs.Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper coding of accounting transactions.Ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
Financial Budget Analyst QualificationsBachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2+ years of experience in budgeting and financial statements. Experience with grant applications and/or grant accounting a plus. Knowledge of financial planning and basic accounting concepts.Proficient with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (Power BI, SQL, Hyperion, or similar).Tech-savvy with MS Office Suite including strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization. Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
