JOB FUNCTIONS:· Manage and maintain customer relationship for new and repeat business· Actively participate in local community and influencer events· Adhere to AMS 7-Step Sales process· Manage local inventory· Coordinate all local sales and marketing efforts· Enter all leads into the CRM system· Follow best practices, policies and procedures that are developed for customer account management/follow up within the CRM· Demonstrate our products· Continuously develop product knowledge· Bring any dissatisfied potential/current customers to manager’s attention immediately and brief them on situation· Encourage a team-oriented atmosphere among peer’s/co-workers (we are not successful unless we all operate together towards a common goal… meeting our customers’ needs).· This position may require traveling up to 3 hours to meet with clients to consult with them about their accessibility needs.· This position may require some evening hours to accommodate our client’s needs – when they are not able to meet with us during normal business hours.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES· Strong verbal and written communication skills· Familiar with a CRM program· People Person· Outgoing self-starter with passion, motivation, and drive to be part of a high functioning team providing freedom to those with mobility challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS:· Preferred 2 years of sales experience but willing to train the right person.· Preferred mobility experience but willing to train the right person.· Must be able to pass drug screening· Must be detail-oriented and have great organizational skills· Ability to work in a team environment and be flexible to change· Honest, ethical and handles things in a professional manner· Clean Driving record· High school graduate or equivalent· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Salary: $50,000 per year + commissions

ENVIRONMENT:· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch and use office equipment such as fax, computer, mouse, keyboard, phone, copier.
