WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Role: Accounting Manager Duration: 12 MonthsLocation: San Jose, CA
Pay Range: $85-90/hr
Duties: Key Responsibilities:Execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including but not limited to intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, FX remeasurement, and translationPrepare complex journal entries and accounts reconciliationsReview of journal entries and account reconciliations of accounting staffOversee GL master data maintenanceOversee internal-use software accountingOversee the administration of the Blackline platformManage and perform SOX control requirements for responsible areasPerform quarterly flux analysisReview of monthly accrualsDrive process improvements and lead exciting accounting transformation projects to achieve scalability, efficiency, and productivityWork closely with internal stakeholders: finance, internal audit, treasury, and taxSupport lease accounting processes and controls under ASC 842 as neededManage auditAd hoc projects and analyses
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance related field; CPA preferredExperience in SAP is a must5+ years of accounting experience in multinational tech companies Public accounting experience preferredMust demonstrate strong strategic, analytical, interpersonal, prioritization, and communication skillsMust demonstrate the ability to turn around deliverables and reviews quickly while maintaining strict accuracy standards Experience working in a fast-paced environmentExperience in intercompany, and foreign currency matters, including remeasurement and translation, is highly preferredFamiliarity with Blackline and Tableau is highly preferredFamiliarity with internal-use software is highly preferredAn understanding of ASC 842 is highly preferredTech savvySelf-motivated and resourceful
