This is a hybrid position working out of our Memphis, TN Headquarters. This position is ideal for someone living in or willing to move to Memphis, Tennessee.

A Day In The Life

Serve as a Graphic Design Intern within the Creative Department, collaborating with others on design and content developmentWork closely with other Art Directors on a day to day basisConcept, craft and deliver impactful creative that stand out in the market placeDesign across multiple channels including email, social, print, web, presentations, and corporate identityJuggle multiple projects at onceEnsure consistency of quality and design across all projectsStay current on creative, industry, category and media trendsComfortable working within established brand guidelinesWork with a group of fun, dynamic and collaborative team membersDeliver high-quality work on time and on budgetSuccessful performance could lead to a Full-Time Graphic Design role, pending openings.

What You Bring

Extraordinary design skills with attention to detailCollege senior or recent graduate - Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, or AdvertisingThink strategically and able to follow a creative briefA resourceful problem solver — able to adapt under tight deadlinesProficient in Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.Self-motivated, and adept at managing your own workloadA passion for working in a fast-paced team environmentExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of digital and social platformsPassion to learn and share insights on design and industry trendsAn online portfolio demonstrating relevant digital, print, web, and logo identity design solutions
