 Your Opportunity: 

Varsity Spirit is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist, Training & Education to join our team in Memphis, TN. 

A Day in the Life

Serve as the marketing liaison NCA, NDA and USA brand and curriculum teams Manage the NCA, NDA and USA social media accounts to promote key initiatives and build relationships with our customers Ensure unique brand voice is woven into every piece of content Build and manage an overall content calendar Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns Create content for all digital, web, print and video channels Collaborate with email marketing specialist on email copy to ensure brand voice authenticity Manage respective brand websites Manage on-site photo and video shoots at camps and competitions Work with creative team on creating brand’s print brochures, manuals, flyers and other print materials Manage Content Crew for respective brands Monitoring and responding (when necessary) to comments and/or messages sent to our social media accounts Travel to camps, competitions and championships for respective brands is required

Qualifications: 

BS/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent 1-3 years of Marketing, Communications or related field experience preferred Social media marketing experience a plus Photography and/or video editing skills a plus Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate and execute multiple tasks in a lean, fast-paced, results-driven environment. Team player with cross-functional communication skills – this person will interact with multiple facets of the organization and drive results through collaboration. A background in cheerleading or dance required Varsity Spirit camp staff experience a plus Creativity, passion, integrity and energy
