Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site hospital role for an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including diagnosis and treatment of patients with peripheral vascular disease. The nurse practitioner will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes. The Nurse Practitioner will also be responsible for patient education and management of patient health.
