Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud DeveloperLocations: Jersey City NJDuration: 4-6+ months (with possible extension or CTH) 3 days OnsiteUSC/GC/GC-EAD
Must Have:Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a SF DeveloperClear examples on the resume, where SFMC has been implemented, and then managed over a period of time. (Development and Administration experience)Need to have strong experience with ampscripts within SFMCShould know the SFMC modules: Journey Builder, Marketing Cloud Connect, Email Studio, Cloud PagesExcellent written and verbal comm skillsShould know the fundamentals of, or background in Javascript, HTML, SQL2 Positions, looking to fill both as soon as possible. Jersey City location only (3 days onsite). Right to hire 3-6 month estimate conversion. Project called Tech for Social Good. Team is using Salesforce CRM to track and manage a database of volunteers and people interested in participating in their tech for charity events.The team is looking to add marketing communications to their current application. Both hires need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They do not want to see long-winded resumes listing every technology and function. The team does not have a SFMC specialist, 1 person out of the group has some experience. They really need a SFMC specialist. Need someone good with Salesforce marketing cloud (email template, automation etc)email marketing.pull data from CRM.Configure CRMGood comm skills Responsibilities:• Executes email marketing solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems• Setup, customize and develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related app implementations, drawing on your relevant past experience and understanding of best practices surrounding the Salesforce platform• Produces architecture and design artifacts for automated marketing communications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by configuration and software developmentRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills• 3+ years experience designing, administering and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email marketing solutions• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce Sales Cloud Platform and best practices for integration leveraging the Marketing Cloud Connect Managed Package• Experience building custom email templates, dynamic emails and customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with a strong understanding of tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, CloudPages etc.• Setup, customize and develop Salesforce.com and related app implementations, including the custom development of APEX triggers• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience• Ability to recommend, direct and implement best practices on the platform
