Domain Consultant (Client Engagement : HRM)Location : Atlanta, GAJob Type : Fulltime Client seeking Domain Consultant. As a Sr. Consultant, part of Process & Domain Consulting, you will be supporting to vertical leader in driving consulting led client engagements. The ideal person should have domain consulting experience along with industry experience. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 5 Years of experience in Information Technology.Relevant expertise in at least one of the below domains/functional areas
HRM processes like Hire to Retire (talent acquisition, Talent management)Payroll Managements & Retirals (incl. Timesheets, Compensation & Employee benefits)Performance Management Processes and SystemsLearning and developmentCSR & SecurityExperience in end-end implementation and maintenance of any of digital solutions relevant for Corporate HRM function across Hire-to-Retire processes in any ONE of the following solutions.
