Veterinary Technician - ICU

VCA Animal Referral and Emergency Center of Arizona is seeking experienced Veterinary Technicians to work at our well-established, AAHA-accredited, 15-doctor practice in Mesa, Arizona.

We are looking for qualified, experienced Technician to share in an exciting, fast paced environment with a focus on critical care and emergency medicine. The candidate MUST be able to work overnight and weekends. Previous emergency experience HIGHLY preferred. Previous veterinary technician experience a MUST. Most importantly, must be client oriented and have high customer service skills.

We are a 24-hour emergency/specialty practice looking for Technicians with positive personalities; whose attributes reflect attention-to-detail, self-motivation, compassion, and reliability. QUALIFICATIONS

Must have documented previous experience Hold a current RVT license(preferred, not required) Flexibility in hours including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays Customer service skills Working knowledge of computers Excellent communications skills Capable of being cross-trained as receptionist and kennel assistant Team player willing to learn new techniques and treatments This a overnight position
