Located on the 11th floor at the Adult Outpatient Pavilion, the Multispecialty Clinic is home to 7 unique specialties that includes Dermatology, Surgery, Urology, Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nephrology. The candidate will provide care for mostly adults and some pediatric patients with the potential to cross-cover as needed in other areas. Our team of RNs, LPNs, CMAs and PCTs work collaboratively to bridge the care of our patients with office visits, routine testing and coordinating diagnostic imaging while servicing our provider partners. We are caregivers, collaborators and educators to our patients and fellow staff members. An individual joining our team should be adaptable in a fast-paced environment and very team-oriented.

The LPN job commences to integrate technical skills and theoretical knowledge to meet the needs of the patient and family.

• Assists the health care team with the prevention of illness and injury, maintenance of wellness, and provision of comfort. • Provides direction, education, and begins to assume leadership responsibilities at the unit level. • Delivers and accurately documents direct, age-specific care to a patient or group of patients based on medical orders and an integrated, multidisciplinary plan of care. • Safely administers prescribed medications, identifying incompatibilities and/or interactions.
