📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Position: NetSuite AdministratorLocation: Austin, TX (Onsite 1 day per week)Duration: 3+months ContractClient: RHT Job Description:a NetSuite Administrator on a contract basis to assist us in getting things set up correctly in our ERP system Looking for someone who can come in and help look at : Csv template uploads and they are set up quickly They have a ton of uploads that are not being used, they don’t know how to delete them Take a look at the uploads and ensure they are setup exactly how they need them Invoicing: Some items are descriptions, and some don’t • Invoicing issues with information not translating Other things: they don’t need a top tier consultant – but someone who is knowledgeable, reports, Someone who can create saved searches Bill payments etc. Someone who can also work with Ops team and Salesforce 1st week of month when they use billing Support ops team
