Senior Electrical Engineer - Analog and Digital Circuit Design
Are you an Electrical Engineer with a deep-seated passion for analog and digital circuit design? The client is looking for an Engineer with hands-on ADC experience, and expertise with microcontroller integrations and I/O communications.
In this role, you will experience the full product lifecycle from requirements specification, design, and verification, to manufacturing and support. You will leverage your experience with PWB layout, power design, EMI analysis, and communication protocols as you deliver innovative analog and digital circuit designs.

Key Responsibilities:Circuit Design: Develop advanced analog and digital circuits, focusing heavily on ADCs, and integrating microcontroller systems and I/O communications efficiently.Power Device Integration: Oversee the integration of power devices into circuit designs ensuring optimal performance.Compliance: Guarantee that all circuit designs comply with DO and MIL-STD power specifications.EMI Requirements: Apply proficient PWB layout techniques that meet EMI related MIL-STDs.Communication Protocols: Utilize a broad range of communication protocols.Tool Mastery: Expertly handle design and simulation tools.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, Masters degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in analog and digital circuit design.Strong hands-on experience with ADCs.Expertise in I/O communication design and processor/microcontroller integration.Knowledge of power devices (i.e. Mosfet, and GaN).Familiarity with MIL-STD-1275 and DO-160 power specifications.Experience in PWB layout techniques for EMI compliance (i.e. MIL-STD-461).Proficiency in communication protocols such as RS232, CAN, PCIe, 10G Ethernet.Proficient in design and simulation tools, i.e. P-Spice, Allegro.Onsite position - work onsite at client’s Long Island, NY area office.US Citizen.
