📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this position is to professionally install VELUX skylights and Sun Tunnels for homeowners.
Primary Responsibilities
Proper installation of VELUX skylights and Sun TunnelsTransport material to the jobsite that is to be used for each installationFollow established safety regulationsEnsure that work area is left clean and free of debris
Hourly Pay Range: $24.03 - 30.06. Compensation is based on the skills and experience of the candidate.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is preferredOne year of previous general construction or handyman experience would be beneficialAbility to use general construction tools, such as drill, hammer, saws, tape measure and snipsProject a positive and professional imageOverall good work, attendance and safety recordMust have a valid driver’s license with no major moving traffic violationsMust be able to lift, set-up and climb up to a 40’ ladderMust be able to work on residential roofsMust be able to lift/climb/stoop with weights in excess of 60 lbs.Ability to perform the essential functions assigned to the positionCompliance with all rules of conduct, safety regulations and policies provided in Employee Handbooks, on Company bulletin boards/announcements, terms/conditions of employment or other means of communication is a requirement of the job.
