You will be a hands-on leader who enjoys coding every day - overseeing the development and maintenance of an all-in-one AI-medical assistant & AI platform that brings the rapid creation, testing, and deployment of machine learning models.

The current stack includes; React.js/Next.js/Node.js/Express/Python. Cloud GCP on Kubernetes, terraform, NoSQL db, foundational and finetuned LLMs.

Requirements;

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related area. Holding a Ph.D. is considered an advantage.

At least five years of experience in designing and implementing comprehensive full-stack solutions across multiple platforms, leading to the creation of intuitive products used by over 100,000 customers.

Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally in a product-driven technology company, with a focus on cultivating a growth mindset.

Experience as a Technical Co-founder in a startup or senior leader in a MAANG company is highly desirable.

Capable of excelling as an individual contributor and has a robust history of building, leading, and nurturing high-performing teams without sacrificing talent quality.

Specialist in cutting-edge AI technologies, including generative AI, as well as machine learning models, data analytics, and the foundational infrastructure and engineering required to scale these models reliably.

Proficient in Machine Learning and the development of dependable systems with high availability for AI/ML.

Skilled in conveying complex data insights in an understandable and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Highly driven, proactive, and cooperative, with strong interpersonal skills capable of persuading and impacting decisions.
