OPERATIONAL TECHNOLOGY (OT) CYBER SECURITY / CONTROLS ENGINEER - MONROE, MICHIGAN
A Leading Automotive Supplier in the Monroe, Michigan needs a OT Cyber Security / Controls Engineer. This is a Full Time, Permanent, Direct Hire Position offering Competitive Compensation, Bonus Potential, Good Benefits, Paid Holidays & Paid Vacation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESConduct risk assessments of OT systems and identify potential vulnerabilitiesDevelop and implement security measures to protect OT systems against cyber threatsAssist in the design and development of control systems for various projectsCollaborate with senior engineers to implement control strategiesParticipate in the testing and troubleshooting of control systems to ensure optimal performanceContribute to the documentation and technical specifications of control systemsWork closely with the cybersecurity group to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement appropriate security measuresDefine security policies and procedures for OT systemsWork with both IT and OT teams to ensure holistic security across the organizationTest and evaluate security measures to improve effectivenessStay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats and security technologiesParticipate in incident response activities to contain and remediate security incidentsUpdate PLC’s, HMI’s and other OT related firmware.
