📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer who can configure applications on the Veoci platform. Veoci is a powerful no-code application development platform on which customized applications can be created rapidly. Imagine analyzing a process and understanding the flow and data structures, then digitizing it for use without coding. The solution is built on the Veoci platform via its point and click web interface. A strong candidate will be comfortable working with a diverse group of people from different backgrounds and be able to listen to their needs to then translate those needs to the software.
Responsibilities:Conducting client discovery calls to gather client requirements.Designing, developing, deploying, and testing solutions for clients.Providing on-going support, professional services, and consulting to clients.Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to clients by responding to helpdesk calls and tickets.Conducting in-person and virtual training sessions for clients.Deliver platform demonstrations for sales prospects.Working with clients and the development team to identify platform bugs and enhancements.

Education:BS or BA with preference to Business Management, Engineering, and Computer Science Majors
