The WTS Services business is hiring a Finance Analyst to support the North America Services business, which is a fast growing, business unit within the company and North America is its largest region. Duties & Responsibilities: Detailed analysis of business segments, and cost departments, including analyzing the cost structure, determining profitability where applicable, develop KPIs to measure the business, and ensure proper P&L alignment of the cost structure to support long-term strategic business views.Own deep dives into processes and systems and propose changes to same where needed. Work independently to solve problem statements, with a variety of stakeholders. Key is also to work on business analysis with a finance mindset and collaborate with operational owners to ensure the development of proper KPIs.Enjoy forensic accounting at a transactional level, while keeping the big picture in mind, to understand segment profitability in a growth environment, to recommend innovative ways of reporting key numbers and metrics to communicate the areas of success and identify areas of business improvementWork with business leaders, sales teams, Global FP&A and other finance and cross functional teams to drive the strategic direction of the business, create visibility and understanding of the figures and identify risk and opportunities.Detailed analysis of business segments and cost departments to determine profitability of a business segment.Develop costs and revenue (price) KPIs that are relevant to measure the strategic goals of a team / Center of Excellence & ensure proper P&L alignment of the cost structure to operational flow of business. Support the closing, reporting, budgeting, auditing and any other fiduciary responsibilities

Hard Skills:Financial literacy, accounting knowledge, and analytics trainingSoft Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively with proven Ability to learn new systems and apply knowledge on Finance problems Ability to work independently with little supervision and make decisions in the given framework in a timely mannerAbility to anticipate and resolve complex issues with data interpretation and extractionAbility to influence and work well with business partners and coworkersExcellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skillsBe a team player and ensure growth and functionality of the while team Education & ExperienceRequired:Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting or equivalent or Finance. 5+ years Finance/Accounting experience- month-end-close, budgeting, forecasting, and P&LProficiency in Office 365 suite of tools, including Advance Excel, Google, PowerPoint, Google Drive & Word Preferred:Master’s Degree / MBA preferredProficiency ERP systems and reporting systems such as PowerBI and Tableau Working ConditionsLess than 10% Travel involved In office presence is expected at least four days a week
