About This Role
Veranex has an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Associate IT Support Technician. You will be part of a team working to improve lives globally through medical technology innovation.
This is a full-time, on-site position.
What You Will Do
Provide helpdesk support through answering phone calls, online tickets and troubleshooting Utilize security, cloud, and software applications to assist everyday functions of Users while growing and helping to build our support environment. Assist project teams in triaging and solving L1 issues related to individual client studies involving phone and email support. Setting up User computers, shipping hardware to new and current employees
Qualifications
Required skills
Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or combination of education, training and relevant work experience. 1-3 years Help Desk experience 1-3 years customer support experience Expertise in Microsoft Azura and Local Active Directory services. Experience deploying and maintaining Windows systems. Proficient in English and French. Understanding of network related troubleshooting. Must be extremely self-motivated and demonstrate excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred
CompTIA A+ Certification Excellent command of French, both oral and written Experience with deploying and maintaining Mac systems Experience with O365 Admin, Active directory, Azure AAD
