Job Description
Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00+ DOE + $0.50/hr wage increase eligible after 90 daysPaid Breaks & Lunch
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Operate various production equipment monitoring overall performance, efficiency and quality.Troubleshoot system performance and quality problems, correcting them and stabilizing performance as they occur.Replenish materials ongoing as materials are depleted.Maintains production, efficiency and quality records Other duties as assigned.

Entry level position. No experience required
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
Manufacturing. Regular standing, kneeling, bending, walking, and stooping.Must be able to stand for 12 hour shiftsAll employees are responsible for demonstrating the company's Core Values at all times and for using Performance Excellence principles to continuously improve effectiveness, efficiency, products, and services.
