What you'll be doing...

As a Senior Pega Business Architect, working on the Marketing team, you will gather information from stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and subject matter experts to analyze business needs and document requirements to support the design, development, and testing of a Pega NBA implementation for inbound and outbound campaigns.

As the Senior BA, you will be responsible for translating the high-level vision from the business team into technical specifications for the Pega development and testing teams. You will be a key player in agile process management, daily grooming sessions, analyzing, scoping and accepting user stories and UAT.

Some of your responsibilities will be

Collecting business and technical requirements by leading requirement gathering sessions with extended cross functional teams and making decisions independently.

Managing multiple campaign initiatives and partnering with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, product and data management, to ensure effective collaboration and campaign execution.

Monitoring the status of the campaigns, identifying potential risks and issues, and implementing solutions to mitigate them.

Communicating regularly with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates and gathering feedback.

Creating user stories and grooming the stories with the Pega Development and QA teams to get group consensus.

Contributing to the creation of use cases, test cases, traceability matrix and business requirement documentation.

Serving as the liaison between the business and the Development teams in order to supply technical solutions to meet business needs.

Making sure that the solution implemented meets the business requirements and business can report on the effectiveness of each campaign.

You'll need to have:

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of experience.

Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Pega Next Best Action Experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following

A degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Marketing, or Business Administration.

Pega Business Architect (CBA) certification.

Good understanding of Marketing terminology.

Experience working as a development/business analyst gathering requirements from the business stakeholders.

Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology.

SQL knowledge.

Technical project experience.

Technical (e.g., systems design) and/or analytical skills.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $106,000.00 and $196,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
