Financial Director

Job Title: Director of FinanceJob Location: Beverly Hills, California.Job Type: Full Time Direct Hire (5 Days Onsite)Job Salary: $200K-$210K (Based on Experience)

Summary: Verve Search Group is currently working with a client in Beverly Hills, California that is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to join their team. The client is a leader in the healthcare industry. The person in this role will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations and planning the overall financial strategy. Must come from a healthcare background!Duties:all aspects of company’s financial operations such as budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, and forecasting.the company’s financial planning process.and manage financial audit processes.the company’s cash flow and treasury functions including banking relationships and cash management strategies.compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and other requirements.and manage various financial risks and opportunities including investment and financing decisions.opportunities for cost reduction, operational efficiency, and process improvement.closely with executive team members to develop and execute companies overall strategy.financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and budgeting processes to drive growth and overall profitability.

Qualifications:Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.5 plus years of progressive experience in Finance with at least 3 in a management role.have a minimum of 3 years in the healthcare industry.Knowledge of GAAP and other regulatory requirements.managing an accounting and finance team with focus on talent development and team building.
