Millburn Veterinary Hospital is looking for a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! Millburn Vet is a high-quality 3-doctor, small animal practice. We are dedicated to active learning and advanced medical procedures. We are looking for a Veterinary Receptionist with prior experience with Avimark, who is motivated, responsible, and easygoing. Our hospital boasts an enjoyable working environment with excellent support staff.
The Veterinary Receptionist is responsible for managing multiple phone lines, booking appointments, managing Pet Desk, greeting clients, and processing payments. Veterinary Receptionist candidates should have excellent skills in the areas of client service, sales, communication, and multitasking.
