Stotz Equipment is looking for a customer-focused person to work on our parts counter. The candidate will assist customers over the phone and face-to-face ordering and researching parts for John Deere and other equipment sold in the territory. What You'll Do

Selling, stocking, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessoriesIn-store customer service,Overall organizational promotionsWorking with all vendors and alternate resourcesBeing a team player and working with internal and external customersPick-up and delivery of equipmentCleaning tractors and organizing equipment layout

Assists with

Monitoring shortages and expediting processesMerchandising displays in the showroomKeeping parts department and warehouse clean and orderlyMust help achieve an outstanding audit score with accurate processes
