📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
VETR Recruiting is seeking a Project Manager with 2+ years of Commercial Construction experience as a Project Manager for our Client in Dallas, TX. The Project Manager will work on commercial projects in mostly Restaurant and Retail, but the company also builds Supply Chain, Industrial, Medical, and Mission Critical projects.My client is hiring due to growth and backlog.
The Project Manager will work closely with all members of the project team and will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities
Management of all project team members including senior project engineer, project engineers, superintendents, and field office coordinator.Set project timelineKey point of contact with owner and architect.Monitor project deliverablesAccountable for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results.Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progressCoach, mentor, and support project team members with tasks you assign them
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Organized work approach with the ability to adapt and adjust as required to support the projects current needs.Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore, Prolog or similar), scheduling software (Primavera or Microsoft Project) and BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).2 years' of relevant experience as a Project ManagerStrong organizational skills
