Transportation Design Intern

ABOUT THE POSITION

VHB is hiring a Transportation Design Intern to join our team in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

Effectively interact with numerous VHB staff to advance projects in a timely manner Assist with engineering calculations, analysis and report preparation Field investigation, data collection, survey quality review Assist with completion of preliminary and final construction plans Quantity take-offs and calculations

Skills And Attributes

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and interact appropriately and positively with clients Self-motivated with attention to detail

Qualifications

Candidates must be pursuing a bachelors or master’s degree in civil engineering Interest in transportation design and/or traffic engineering
