HR PMO Migration Specialist

Key responsibilities for this role include

Work closely the project teams to understand business requirements and objectives for process migration. Drive the assessment and documentation of current processes, workflows, and systems, with a specific focus on understanding work dependencies and knowledge gaps.Support the project manager and collaborate closely with project teams to identify key stakeholders and subject matter experts involved in the current processes, ensuring their active participation in knowledge transfer activities.Deploy the PMO methodology and follow the project manager’s lead on developing comprehensive migration plans that prioritize the transfer of critical work and knowledge, including timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.Facilitate the monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of knowledge transfer activities and migrated processes, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks and enable the project manager to solve and adjust strategies as needed to address any gaps or challenges that arise.Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness, implementing tactics for best practices and lessons learned throughout the migration process.Adhere to PMO mechanisms for ongoing communication and collaboration between teams involved, fostering a supportive environment for knowledge exchange and collaboration.Serve as a liaison between the project manager and the project teams, providing regular updates on the status of work transition and knowledge transfer efforts.

The minimum qualifications for this role are

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, IT, or related field.Certification on project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma).Experience with process modeling tools such as Visio or Lucid chart.Proven experience in process management, process improvement, knowledge transfer or business process reengineering, candidates with previous HR experience will be preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and identify opportunities for optimization.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, working experience and knowledge on RPA will be a plus.Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing in English.Knowledge of additional languages (i.e., French) is a plus.
